31 Days of Halloween - Day 4

For today's project I have made an ATC.  This handsome skellie biker is from Wonderstrange.  He was one of thier freebies a while back. I colored him with pencil and then cut him out to layer onto my ATC.  The BOO arrow is from Unity Stamps.
