I couldn't stop with just one of Strange Skin images so I spoiled myself and got another image to play with. I recently discovered fat pages, basically your project needs to be 4x4. This is such a fun size to play with. So for my fat page I colored the edges with watercolor crayons then added enough water to blend and make it drip down the page. After that dried I attached my skeleton heart and went crazy once again with the gels pens and little dots. It makes me happy to see those shiny little dots.
