Over the Rainbow

This weeks challenge over at the Octopode Factory the theme Somewhere Over the Rainbow. I don't have many Octopode images yet so I thought and thought how I could use the ones I have. I love this gal from the Steampunk Misses set and I thought she would work with a quote from the scarecrow :) I've colored my journal page with watercolor crayons (my new favorite thing) then added my gal in her rainbow colored polka dot dress.
