Today I have mad a tag using Edgar from the Octopode Factory. I've colored him with pencils and cut him out to place on my that that I have embossed with a bingo folder. I rubbed a purple ink pad (altho you can't tell in the picture) over most of the design and orange over the 31. I also stamped some bats from MFT and added them.

I can't believe that the month has gone so fast, only a few more days left of the hop.  Thanks again for stopping by, your wonderful comments encourage me thru all of my late night stamping :)

For today's project I have made a card using an image from The Octopode Factory.  I've colored her with pencils and added some sparkle to the polka dots.

Celebrate the Season

This week over at Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge the theme for challenge #71 is Celebrate the Season.  I've used this fab image from The Octopode Factory, I picked it up from her freebies last year and finally got around to using it.      

I started with a black CS base and drew some swirls with a white gel pen.   I colored the potion with pencils and then added some more swirls with my gel pen. I cut it out and used foam tape to pop it up off the base. I cut the sentiment which also came with the image and attached it to the side like a tab slightly off the edge.

12 Days of Creepmas - Day 8

It's Day 8 of the 12 days of Creepmas Smeared & Smudged Style.  I hope you've been hopping along and commenting all month for a chance to win that gift certificate! For today's project I've used an image from The Octopode Factory.  And while I was over there getting my link I noticed she having a sale...woohoo! So hurry over to her blog for the info cause it's just for a few days.

This is one of the gals from the Steampunk Misses set. I've colored her with pencils and have used foam tape to layer her onto my card.

Over the Rainbow

This weeks challenge over at the Octopode Factory the theme Somewhere Over the Rainbow. I don't have many Octopode images yet so I thought and thought how I could use the ones I have. I love this gal from the Steampunk Misses set and I thought she would work with a quote from the scarecrow :) I've colored my journal page with watercolor crayons (my new favorite thing) then added my gal in her rainbow colored polka dot dress. More Steampunk

Was home from work today with a sick child so I had some time to stamp :) This is one of my new Steampunk Misses images I purchased from The Octopode Factory. Isn't she fabulous!?!

I used my cuttlebug folder again (clockworks) and then inked it up so y'all could see the texture. Made some more of the flowers that are my current obsession and then misted them with some medival gold Glitz Spritz. The DP is from CTMH and I colored her with pencils. I will be entering this in the Smeared & Smudged sketch challenge for November.
